"Refund came through quick"
I was kinda surprised, got my refund back in just a few days. Super smooth, no hassle, so yeah, can’t complain.

"Returning it was such a pain"
I tried to return a dress and omg it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions were kinda unclear, and I had to spend ages figuring out what to do. it just put me off ordering again tbh...

"Nice staff and a good shop overall"
I popped into Glassons last weekend and the staff were really nice, one of the girls helped me find my size and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all which I really appreciated because sometimes shopping can feel a bit stressful when it’s busy. The fitting rooms were packed and I had to wait a while but it wasn’t a huge deal, overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely go back again

"I ordered from Glassons and the…"
I ordered from Glassons and the tracking emails were easy to follow. It did take a little bit to update at the start, so I was kind of wondering where my parcel had disappeared to, but after that it all moved along fine. Delivery showed up around when I expected, and I liked getting the updates without having to go digging for info myself. Overall, happy, 4 stars from me.

"Colours actually matched the photos"
Ordered a couple tops from Glassons and was happy with them. Colours looked the same as they did online, which was a nice surprise. The blue wasn’t darker or weird in person, and the cream one didn’t look yellowish either. Makes online shopping way easier when the pics are accurate. Would buy again.

"Good communication overall"
glassons were good with communication. I got the order confirmation quickly, and the shipping email had the tracking link, so I wasn’t left wondering too much about where my order was. I did almost give 5 stars, but the delivery estimate felt a bit vague at the start, or maybe I was just overthinking it. Either way, when I asked about it they replied fairly quickly, so it wasn’t really a big issue in the end

"Missing item, but they fixed it"
My order showed up with one item missing, which was definitely frustrating at first. I reached out to Glassons customer service and it did take a couple of days to hear back, but they eventually got back to me and sorted it with a refund. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but compared to some other retailers where you have to chase them nonstop, I appreciated that they actually fixed the issue without making it a big hassle. I’d still shop with them again.

"Nice-looking site, but frustrating to use"
The site looks nice at first, but actually shopping on it was kind of annoying. The filters kept resetting on me, and the pages were loading slower than I expected. I also had to click around way too much just to find basic sizes, and that part was weird. It’s not the worst shopping experience, but it definitely needs some fixes.

I did get help eventually, so there’s that. The replies just took longer than I would’ve liked, which made the whole thing a bit more frustrating than it needed to be. But hey, at least it got sorted in the end.

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
Ordered online and picked it up the next day, and it was just... easy. No fuss or anything. The staff found my bag quickly, everything was in there like it should be, so yeah, really happy with it.

"Cute at first, but disappointing"
I really thought this was going to be a good buy because it looked so cute when it arrived. But after one wash, the seams started coming loose, which made me feel a bit misled. It looked better quality than it actually was.

"Checkout was smooth overall"
I was just placing a quick order and everything loaded fine, the cart was easy enough to review, and I didn’t run into any weird errors or delays. I did notice near the end that there weren’t quite as many payment options as I would’ve liked, but the one I used went through without any trouble.

"Cute stuff, but I’m not sure about the ethics"
The clothes are definitely cute, and I can see why people like them (I almost kept browsing for way too long). But when it comes to sustainability and ethics, everything feels unclear to me. I wish there was more transparency about how the pieces are made and where they come from

"Fit Perfectly the First Time"
I ordered it a little unsure, because I usually end up guessing on sizes and hoping for the best. But when it arrived, I tried it on right away and was relieved, the fit was just right. No adjusting, no second-guessing, no wondering if I should’ve picked a different size. It was one of those rare times where everything worked out exactly how I wanted

"Decent, but I Assumed It’d Be Softer"
I figured everything would feel soft right away, and some of the tops did, but one dress started feeling kind of scratchy after a few hours. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as comfy as I first assumed it would be. Overall, average comfort

"Decent shopping, checkout could be smoother"
Browsing the clothes was easy and they had some nice stuff, so no complaints there. The checkout just wasn’t the smoothest for me. It kept loading slowly, and I had to put my address in twice, which was a little annoying. My payment did go through in the end, but it felt more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, not bad, just wish the checkout was easier.

"Pleasantly surprised by the quality"
I ordered a skirt and a basic top from glassons and was actually pleasantly surprised by how good they were. I always check the stitching first, and everything looked neat with no loose threads or weird seams. After a few wears and washes, both pieces have held their shape really well and nothing is starting to pull apart. For the price, the quality feels solid. I’d definitely buy from them again

"I found the exact jeans I wanted..."
I found the exact jeans I wanted in my size right away, which almost feels too convenient, like they knew I was coming or something. No waiting, no back-and-forth, just grabbed them and checked out. i’m not complaining.
